    divide it.
    A usufruct deed is either by transferring ownership through an irrevocable or
    revocable power of attorney, and it is for life, and you can inherit it, sell it, divide
    it, or build on it however you like.

    and Omani.

    You can directly own property through the “Tarkhesi” service provided by Kenz

    investor’s name, with the option to add any other property to this license in the

    square meters. Additionally, you can design your own house according to your

    The duration for receiving the land deed is only between 30 to 35 days.
  • What is the construction warranty period?
    Kenz Real Estate Company guarantees the following for construction: 40 years
    for the building, 15 years for installations, and 1 year maintenance warranty.

    The construction license is priced based on square meters multiplied by 63
    Bosnian Marks.
  • Is the construction of the house inclusive of the exterior walls?
    The construction price is limited to the building itself. The exterior walls have a
    separate pricing based on the materials used in construction.
  • Does the house finishing include heating and cooling?
    It includes central heating and separate cooling.
  • Does the house finishing include kitchens?
    The construction finishing does not include the price of the kitchen. It is done at
    an additional price depending on the type of materials to be installed. It can be
    added from the beginning of the construction contract according to the choice.
  • What is the price per square meter for construction?
    The price per square meter for construction ranges from 875 to 1200 Bosnian
    Marks depending on the selected materials.

    The price per square meter for agricultural land starts from 15 Bosnian Marks.
